By creating an account or using NameYourSaaS, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

NameYourSaaS is an AI-powered tool that generates product name suggestions, checks domain availability, provides brandability scores, and performs competitor analysis. The service is provided on a credit-based system with free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Generated Names

Names generated by the service are suggestions only. We do not guarantee that any generated name is available as a trademark, domain, or business name. You are solely responsible for conducting appropriate trademark and legal searches before using any name commercially.

We do not claim ownership over the names generated for you. You are free to use them for any lawful purpose.

5. Credits and Billing

Free accounts receive a monthly credit allowance that refreshes each billing period. Pro subscriptions provide additional credits and features. Credits are non-transferable and unused credits do not roll over. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent credit limits or rate limiting
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the service
  • Resell access to the service without authorization
  • Submit harmful, abusive, or misleading content

7. Limitation of Liability

NameYourSaaS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from reliance on generated names, domain availability information, or brandability scores.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
